You’re trusting us with your most personal words. Here’s exactly how we treat that trust.
Encrypted at rest, signed in transit.
Recordings live in encrypted object storage. Every download URL is signed and expires on a clock. Database tables are protected by row-level security, scoped to your account and the families you’ve explicitly joined.
No advertising. No data sold. Ever.
We don’t run ads. We don’t sell your data. We don’t share recordings with brokers, analytics partners, or anyone else. The only people who hear your recordings are the family members you invite.
No external AI training.
Your recordings are never used to train external AI models. Voice cloning runs on a service we operate. Conversational answers retrieve from your real recordings only — the AI is never asked to invent claims.
You own everything.
Every recording, every transcript, every scheduled message, every AI answer — yours. Export the whole archive at any time, or hand admin to a family member if you ever want to.
Permanent deletion on request.
A single button in settings removes everything: recordings, transcripts, embeddings, voice clone, scheduled messages, account. The deletion propagates across every database and storage bucket. Nothing is held in a backup graveyard.
Email is for delivery only.
We email you for: scheduled message deliveries, family invitations, billing receipts, security notifications. Nothing else. No newsletters. No drip campaigns. No sponsored content.
